Can I reset/change my online banking password?
Yes. You can change your password in one of three ways:
- By contacting a Customer Service Representative at your TruPoint Bank.
- From the Home Page, Type in Login ID and Click Login button. On the next screen click "Forgot Your Password" link.
- By using the Change Password sub-menu under Preferences in Online Banking.
To reset your password via the "Forgot Your Password Link," you will be required to answer a challenge question. Then, select the "Click here to receive a new password" link. A new temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address if you answer the challenge question correctly.
