Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTAs)

TruPoint Bank offers trust accounts to assist attorneys and law firms in managing client funds. We provide attorneys the ability to deposit client funds for short periods of time regardless of the amount. Account features include the following:

• No Fees
• No Minimum Opening Balance Requirement
• Unlimited Check Writing Privileges
• Detailed Monthly Statement
• Interest on the Account (as Directed by Virginia, Tennessee and North Carolina Law)
